Pain d’épices tout-choco Noir Extra

    Ingrédients

  • - 1 cuillère à café d’épices à pain d’épices
  • - 1/2 cuillère à café de gingembre en poudre
  • - 1 cuillère à café de bicarbonate de soude
  • - 40g de sucre brun
  • - 200g de lait entier
  • - 115g de miel
  • - 20g de beurre
  • - 1 citron
  • - 1 orange
  • - 20g de Grand Marnier
  • - 95g de farine
  • - 90g de farine de blé noir
  • - 15g de cacao en poudre
  • - 4g de levure chimique
  • - 100g d’oranges confites
  • - 100g de chocolat Poulain Extra Noir
  • - Pour le glaçage 1/2 : 40g de jus d’orange fraichement pressé
  • - Pour le glaçage 2/2 : 150g de sucre glace
Où le trouver
  • Étape 1

    Dans un bol, mélangez les épices à pain d’épices avec le gingembre, le bicarbonate de soude et le sucre brun. Dans une casserole, portez à ébullition 100g de lait entier avec le miel. Incorporez le mélange à base d’épices dans le lait chaud. Mélangez bien. Ajoutez le beurre et portez à nouveau à ébullition.

  • Étape 2

    Hors du feu, ajoutez les 100g de lait restant (froid), ainsi que le Grand Marnier et les zestes d’orange et de citron. Dans un saladier, mélangez les farines avec le cacao et la levure. Versez la préparation liquide petit à petit, tout en mélangeant. Réservez au frais.

  • Étape 3

    Coupez les oranges confites en petits dés. Coupez le chocolat en gros morceaux. Lorsque votre appareil a refroidi, incorporez les oranges confites ainsi que le chocolat. Versez dans un moule à cake beurré et fariné et placez au congélateur 10 minutes.

  • Étape 4

    Préchauffez le four à 190°C. Enfournez votre pain d’épices 10 minutes. Entaillez le dessus à l’aide de la pointe d’un couteau, baissez la température du four à 160°C et poursuivez la cuisson environ 30-35 minutes.

  • Étape 5

    En attendant, mélangez le sucre glace tamisé avec le jus d’orange. Lorsque le pain d’épices est encore chaud, démoulez-le délicatement et recouvrez de glaçage. Laissez complètement refroidir avant de couper en tranches et de déguster !

Selon vos goûts, variez les types de miel : un miel de forêt ou de châtaignier sera parfait si vous aimez les saveurs prononcées. Privilégiez un miel d’acacia ou de fleurs si vous préférez les saveurs plus douces.
